Born in 1986. I am from Alipurduar, a small town in North Bengal,
near Jayanti Hills. I've always been attracted to the world of
photography, but it is from 2012 that has become a fundamental
part of my life. I studied engineering and management. Not too
far from the degree I realized that it was not my way and that I
wanted more out of my life. At the middle of 2012 the need for
photography brought me to Mumbai, where, I assisted Fashion
Photographer Nisha Kutty for few months. Following that
experience I traveled to Kolkata and thought to start my journey
as a freelance photographer. At this point I decided to invest in
equipment and time to study this magnificent way to describe
and communicate. I bought my first digital SLR and my first pair of
lenses and light set-ups.
Since then I have settled in Kolkata, at least for now, with the
purpose of continuing my journey as a photographer.
