Arshdeep Singh MUSICIAN | DELHI NCR

19 years old, Arshdeep Singh is a Musician. Along with the ability to compose excellent music he can also play more than 10 instruments. He has undergone his training under the guidance of his gurus (teachers)- Ustad Akram Khan and Sh. Jagjit Singh. He started playing Music at the age of 10 and he now is a Cultural Talent Scholarship Holder, by CCRT, Ministry of Culture (Govt. of India). He also ranked first at National Level Competition of 140th Shree Baba Harivallabh Sangeet Pratiyogita- 2015 i.e.-The Oldest Music Festival. He also stood second at National Level Competition at Kurukshetra ‘SUR-TARANG, 2015’ by Kurukshtra University. He also participated in BAL KALA UTSAV 2015 (A National Children’s Festival) and stood third in the Instrumental competition. He became 2nd Runner-Up in the Final Round of the first ever talent hunt for hand drummers “Rhythm Utsav-2015” by Ustad Tafiq Qureshi. He is also a Delhi Pratibha Puraskar prize holder. He performed as a solo artist at- ‘Sabrang Festival’ by AIWC, ‘Vani Utsav’ by Naad-Nartan Society’, ‘Destination North East-2016’ by Ministry of Doner and Ministry of Culture. He won more than 10 inter-school competitions representing his school at zonal and state level. He was awarded as the ‘Best Musician’ by his school.
