Doshomik Dhupguri is linguistically a bengali band from Dhupguri, a small town of Jalpaiguri District, West Bengal, India. Suryasnata Basu is the frontman, lead guitarist, lead vocalist, composer, lyricist, arranger and the main architect of this band. The band formed on 16th June 2015. The other major front members are Debol Mitra in percussionss, Drums, Soubhik Sutradhar in bass guitar, Sharmistha Basu in vocal, Debasmita Moitra in vocal and synthesiser, Basudev Siddhya in vocals and rhythm guitar. They are the most famous band from the town . Doshomik writes and composes many songs like The theme songs of Dhupguri, Bornomalar prem, Chand ke chuyechi, Jodi Akash Vabo, Jotodur Jabo vabi, Shikol Vangar gaan, Sujon, Find me out and so on. They were the first ever Bengali band from Dhupguri who had performed in Mumbai and Kolkata. Doshomik Dhupguri, a well-renowned Band, is made up of a talented team of creative musicians. Based in Dhupguri, they have a storied history of live performances, musical arrangements, and professional recording sessions.
