Was appointed by Sanjana Kapoor to manage NCPA as a venue director due my production & technical management skills and work in theatre on several important shows and events. I had to lead, manage artists, taskforce, their requirements, setup for every show, show timings, ticketing. My skills were highly recommended by all traveling theatre groups for my organisational, communication, management, technical & production skills. I was highly active as a core team member of The Company Theatre, Zero Theatre & Prithvi Theatre between 2000-2007. Also was guided to write/direct by Pt.Satyabeb Dubey and was considered as a special talent by him.

Core Team Member appointed by secretary of the festival Putul Rafey & Chairman Saeed Mirza. Managed multiple roles from administration, management in Mumbai office & FTII Pune. This was one of the biggest life changing moment of my life which led me to understanding world cinema, cinema masters works and cinema as art, which I have been hooked to for life as a visual story teller. 1st Wisdom Tree Fest ( hosted at FTII Pune ) was hosted to celebrate 40yrs of contribution by FTII graduates/Alumni to the Indian film & television industry.

Assistant to Atul Kasbekar, Ashok Salian & Rafiq Sayed between 1998 to 2001. 2006 my personal work created a National Sale Record in Fine Art Photography India. The process of using a basic level of innovation to test how far one can go with sheer passion for the artform, is what captured the attention of national press & International camera company. This step influenced & inspired several students & professionals to consider fine art photography as a full fledged career option. 'Where is my Street' the photograph spoke of developing times, changing cityscape, old memories fading away for long gone traveller from his own town/home. Shiv Nandi was considered as one of the masterpiece works in Indian Fine Art Photography by Global Auction House Curator, Art Galleries, Director of Art Dubai and its audience. Trimbakeshwar Series was invited by an International Art Photography Gallery as a Solo Show but was lost in Mumbai Floods in 2006. Several other works in fine art are still being produced by me on and off as an artist using several other mediums.

Awards : MIFF - Best Animation Film & Director 2002 Winner of several International Awrads & National Award for best Film & direction.

Dangerous was a late night adult edutainment/infotainment show speaking about sex & adult relationship topics and answering questions of audiences live. I was initially appointed as a concept developer & creative writer and soon became a core team member at Seher Bedi Production as Seher's creative assistant director for shows on Zoom TV, Pogo & Disney Channel kids shows produced by the production house.
