This included talking to students more and more about what Indiafest was and helping them with registrations. This also included social media marketing, planning post/ Videos to upload every week. Handling events during the Zonals and Finale. Assisting the core team on different activities like looking after a particular stage, celebrity management and post event activities.

As a V rep my KRA included heading a zone in Mumbai for participants and footfall. Team management Heading Colleges from Bandra and interns in Mumbai Planning the social media promotions for my interns. Compiling zone wise ppts and presenting to the core team. Getting registrations, shortlisting them, Coordination with each participating team for different events, getting their details, booking their slots for the day of the Zonal event. On the day of the Zonal event: Handling an entire stage/ event all by myself. Celebrity Management, looking after the judges, Anchors and scoring sheets. On the Day of finale: Handling a stage with other V reps from different cities. Managing slots and timer. Getting prepped for the next event on stage.
