Try this in front of a mirror and let me know how it goes.

While standing, lean way back, drop your shoulders naturally, and gradually lift your body from there.

From that position, imagine walking with your hips slightly ahead of you.

It may feel artificial intially but dropping your shoulder and walking with your hips forward will work your core.
