Went to Bombay with clueless for internship. Visited HTA, Lintas, Avenues, O&M. Finally got into R K SWAMY BBDO. By vising every agency by itself is the best experience in my life. The culture, way of working, various departments and hundreds of employees. Phone calls, lifts, automated opening doors! Admired. I didn't know advertising is that big thing, at the age of 23yrs. Felt like Wow. I'm in the part of Advertising Business.

Visualiser. My dream job. Officially my first job after completing Bachelor of Fine Arts. Worked under one Creative Director, two Art Directors and with five visualisers, two finishing artists and two office boys. Did spray art, cut & paste, color dummies for client pitch, dark room lith film making and bromide printing, Typography with Indian Ink with 00 brush, clr sketching with stedlers, potluck lunch, evening mirchi snacks, when and then coffee n tea, fight with Servicing & Production people, etc. What not. Enjoyed working here totally.

Here, I learnt to managing team of 4 for the first me. Had great Copy companion. Both of us thirst to deliver something different, but we made sure that it shouldn't be out of the box idea. We used to dig for something simple. Rubbed ass for day and night, 24x7. Became workaholic. Retail clients, Restaurants, Pubs, Offers, Concepts, Direct Mailers, Product Design and everything whatever possible, no limits, explored indefinitely. Lived.

Worked along with all good friends. Experimented on something that costs over the budgets and time. Encouragement was unanimous. Explored, Invented, Searched & Earned. Delivered Creatives blended with Art and Science. Worked for Corporate Giants like GE, GATI and etc.

Worked for hospitality Industry, consumer durable products, education institutes, charity trusts, etc. Most of my works reflects seasonal offers, retail ad campaigns, etc. Did branding for regional & prestigious restaurants and many others. Set brand guide for LVPEI.

Got the opportunity to work for Pharma, International Educational Institutions, MNC clients. etc. Produced effective, creative solutions within given timelines. Lead competent visualisers and graphic designers. One of the best agency, I've worked for in my career ever.

Contributed to build space branding for well known restaurant. Worked on campaign pitch for top rated Television Media Company.

As it is a Startup company, I set the agency work process here. Introduced agency formats like Client brief forms, Creative brief forms, Ready Reckoners for various departments. Developed & executed effective creative campaigns for their clients. Set Brand and it's guidelines for few regional Startups. Shared my experience with my team and helped them to gain relevant knowledge in their field.

Worked with GroupM through Ogilvy, for I&PR, Andhra Pradesh. Delivered Campaigns on Government Schemes, in print & digital media.
