I am Vaibhav Jadhav.?I am a passout of 2017 batch from?Screenplay writing?department of?FTII.

Following is my background in brief.

After completing my engineering from?IIT Madras?I quit my job to pursue my passion for cinema and?started a company?Camera and shorts media pvt. Ltd?with my friends. I directed three travel short documentaries and was a creative producer on?The Unreserved, a feature length documentary which?won a national award?this year. Some of the films directed by me have won international accolades.?I also wrote and directed web ads here.


Later, to explore fiction, I took up diploma course in screenplay writing from FTII and wrote my first feature film there. After that I worked as an in house writer at Beyond Dreams entertainment?where I was in the writing team for?Ishq me Mar Jaawaan, a?TV show on colors.?Thereafter, I also?co-wrote a feature film with?renowned cinematographer and director?Mazhar Kamran.
