Anand Nambiar MUSICIAN | KOCHI

Anand Nambiar has been writing, recording and producing music continuously since the age of 12. As a child, his father used to take him to recording studios and made him curious about the sounds. He saw his first concert “Yanni” Live and since then he then started to focus more on Piano/Synthesizers and was overwhelmed by the great lushness of the ensemble and orchestras.

At the age of 13, he started his piano lessons and took it more seriously and then he started listening to Mozart, Bach, Chopin, Vangelis, John Williams, Hans Zimmer, James Horner, Howard Shore, Danny Elfman who had been a great inspiration to him. He did his Grade 5 in Western Classical Piano From Trinity College of Music ,London (UK ) and then he was influenced by artist “Steven Wilson “ and dream theater and he was struck by the use of technology and music in melodic way and musical way. Artists like Steven Wilson, Jordan Rudess, Rush, Eric Clapton, AC/DC, Aziza Mustafa, and Zadeh has been a driving passion.
I have been an Audio Intern at Dubway Studios, New York under Chief Mixing Engineer Mr. Chris Able for 4 months and were Focusing on topics like ADR ,Sound designing for films/commercials /Tv Series , Foley Editing, Mixing in surround etc and also I have successfully completed my internship at Electric Lady Studios ,Newyork focusing more on Mixing/Mastering Albums, Recording a whole live band etc  I have been working as Audio Intern at Chelsea Music Festival, New York and I was the assistant to The Chief Engineer , and was helping to carry out the day to day operations in Concert like Setting up the mic , Preparing inventory list and assigning daily jobs for the rest of the audio team and Setting up the Protools Rig for the concert?
