Current openings

  • 4+ years web development experience with PHP
  • Excellent MySQL or related database experience
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Expertise of working on PHP frameworks (preferably Zend and Yii Framework)
  • Working experience on PHP 5.0 and above along MySQL 5.0 and above
  • Developing, maintaining and optimizing secure and scalable multi-tier web applications
  • Testing the website and identifying any technical problems and hitches
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Experience in Social Media, servicing and interacting with registered talents via Facebook and LinkedIn is preferred
  • Must possess strong written & Oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with talents of vast ages in a courteous manner
  • Must demonstrate the ability to assess situations and provide quick and educated decisions to rectify customer complaints and conflict
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate and experience in database navigation
  • Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
  • Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Friendly personality and team player
  • Be responsible to sign-up with agencies, production houses and similar organizations to sell solutions from talentrack either through team or directly
  • Working Closely with Creative Team , for the Activity briefs & Ideation
  • Managing target achievements for self and the team members. Ensuring that targets are achieved
  • Meet producer, the director and possibly the writer to understand the requirement and casting budget
  • Based on director's & producer's preference connect with the actors to determine availability and negotiate money & other details
  • Prepare the list of actors for supporting roles and other speaking parts
  • Recommend actors at the time of final selection by director and the producer
  • Negotiate contracts with the actors/actor's coordinators, keeping in mind the casting budget
  • Act as a liaison between the director and the actors, once final deal is cracked
  • Look for replacements, as needed, during production for actors who can't fulfil their contracts.
