Devanand Ramasandara (Deva) is a third generation Singapore Indian. He left his career as a chemical engineer in Singapore and moved to Bangalore in 2015 to pursue his passion as a full time musician. In 2016, he moved to Chennai to pursue the Tamil Film Industry. He's a self-taught musician and had been performing since the age of 16. He plays the guitar, bass and the keyboards. His forte is at song writing and he had produced and performed two full-length music albums in Singapore.

Deva's use of the best available music technology and his derivation of good tonal quality was noted by Kannada Director, 'Lucia' Pawan, and was given the opportunity to program the scores for the movie 'U Turn'.

Deva is currently working on a Kannada movie as a music director under the banner, Trayambaka Productions. It is to be noted that acclaimed playback singers, Mr. K J Yesudas, and Mdm, K S Chitra have sang for two songs composed by Deva.
