Ideate stories and content based on insights as well as what's tracking throughout the day
Scan news and social media (IG, Facebook, and Twitter) for entertainment content several times a day
Assign stories to writers with angle and headlines in mind
Edit those stories for style, sourcing, grammar, organization, etc.
Manage writer schedules & time off requests, etc.
Write stories during breaking news events.
Come up with ideas for Sponsored/Branded Content.
