Project: Web Series for Leading OTT Platform

Synopsis:
Our protagonist is a young woman who overcame a difficult childhood. Born prematurely, her family poured their resources into her survival. Despite this sacrifice, they view her as indebted and pressure her into marriage. This final straw breaks her conditioning. Using her cunning, she convinces her fiance to let her pursue a career for a year.
She arrives in Mumbai, a world away from her sheltered past, with two goals: to earn enough money to feel free of her perceived debt to her family, and to experience the youthful freedoms she never had.
We are looking for:
Talented actress with a range to portray a character who is both endearing and fiercely independent.
Ability to convincingly portray a small-town girl adapting to big-city life.
Strong comedic timing for scenes where she uses her wit to her advantage.
