Well!! The transformation that you see is after the training that was arranged by our organizations training division. After this training I have become more serious about my health. Initially it was very difficult to walk even for 30 minutes at a stretch, but over a period of time I was able to do the 30 minute’s walk comfortably. Gradually my stamina improved and now I can run up to 15-20 kms.
