Criteria for Show Host

Required Skill:

To be able to face the camera confidently and build an on-air personality that will connect with the viewers.

Core competencies / experience:

1. Home shopping / News and business features / travel shows / cooking shows / lifestyle shows / talk shows / events / Radio / VJing / Theatre. Live show / multi-cam show exposure is a bonus

2. Strong research skills

3. Strong visual skills

4. Passionate about shopping, interest in using products and market trends

Interpersonal Skill:

1. Clear communication and analytical skills

2. Self-motivated, with positive can-do approach

3. Passionate about enhancing customer value

4. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Terms & Conditions for Anchors

They would be on the Payroll of the Company. Hence would be bound to follow all policies & procedures of the organisation

They would have a Bond of minimum of 1 year as we would be training them as per our requirement.
